If you don't know the people on this site, you shouldn't register, you won't get accepted. If you have been asked to join at some point, please go ahead and join. If you know the people, but you havent received an "invitation", register anyways and see if you get accepted. The site is mainly in finnish, but that does not mean we wouldn't accept foreigners in some cases.
